Simyo has a polite customer service team that is completely powerless to do anything meaningful for the customers. The company actually treats their customers poorly and unfairly. If everything works exactly as advertised cool, but if anything goes wrong nobody cares and you will not see your money again. In order to improve Simyo should trust their own employees for a change and empower them to provide service.
Can't say enough bad things about this company. They are very sneaky. I recommend you avoid them and if you can't then diligently read their terms and conditions and get someone who speak dutch help you translate. They lock you into contracts with hidden fees with no way to end the service without a lot of penalties.
I had a subscription with them by which I had automatic payments enabled each month. I then went abroad for 2 months and didnt have access to my email or account infromation. When I returned, I was shocked to see that Simyo had added on an additional €40 on top of my regular balance as "administrative fees" because there was an issue with my bank. I've had many phone plans and not a single one would every add up penalty fees because there was an issue with payment, they would simply stop providing the service? I called and explained all this to them and was told that there was nothing they could do. Their app is not available in English and they have sneaky details hidden in their terms and conditions. The lack of flexibility and understanding is very slow-minded and I recommend anyone looking for a new phone plan avoid these people.
