If I could give zero stars, I would. This is hands down the worst mobile internet provider I’ve ever dealt with. Their service is embarrassingly slow, and I’m constantly losing connection in the middle of important tasks. What’s the point of paying for "20 GB" if the speeds are worse than a snail on tranquilizers?Forget about using your phone in congested areas or during peak hours. You might as well be holding a brick. Calls drop randomly, messages fail to send, and good luck trying to stream anything—your video will buffer until you’ve aged 10 years. The customer service is an absolute nightmare. I’ve spent countless hours talking to clueless reps who clearly don’t care about fixing your problems. They’ll give you the same useless advice over and over again—"restart your phone," "reset your network settings"—like that’s going to magically fix their broken infrastructure.Forget it. I wouldn’t recommend this provider to my worst enemy.Stay far, far away. It's not worth the frustration, wasted time, or the overpriced trash they call internet service.
Simyo stay away, internet horrible, bills "fraudulent" I have both internet and mobil, I use to call every month to the bank where I have my account in EEUU, they provided the Americans living abroad, with a free number, to make a collect call, so the bank take care of it, for us is free, Simyo is charging for those calls, not only that, my bill is only €36.99, if I want to have bonus for international calls, I have to pay €5. but since our bank is paying for that collect calls, I stop buying bonus. Our country EEUU we have total to call 13 numbers, and the fake fraudulent number that Simyo states I called is this one“26589593” that it is not a phone number is a fraudulent numbers that we found out doesn't exist. They charged me including the fraudulent fake phone number €90 and few cents, they bill should be €36,99. Today Oct. 15, I got a "threat" 'cause I return the fraudulent bill to them, until they honestly fixed they said I have to pay otherwise they are going to disconnect the services, I reported toAttention: Management Team Simyo (Orange España) Paseo del Club Deportivo 1, Edificio 8 Parque Empresarial "La Finca" Pozuelo de Alarcón, 28223 Madrid, Spain, waiting for their response. I do not recommend Simyo stay away.
Well, add me to the list of disgruntled Simyo customers! I was charged 65 Euros for using just 13 MB of data because I was so "stupid" to leave roaming on when I was leaving Europe. (You need to enable roaming when you want to use the service in Europe!) Although they claim to send a warning text about extra charges, you hit the (13 Mb LOL) 65 Euro limit before having a chance to read it! I cancelled my Simyo service, but they are justified to keep it active due to the 30-day cancellation policy (and charge you an extra month). When I contacted customer service for a fair resolution, they argued that the charges were justified since I used the data service. They seem unwilling to address the issue of absurd data charges for me and hundreds of customers before me. I have now read so many reviews with similar complaints. And yes, I see Simyo reaching out to people that leave a review on this platform (Trustpilot) but they don't seem to resolve this for their future customers. To Simyo, I write, "It is simple... Instead of charging people upon leaving "zone 1," YOU could simply stop the roaming and request customer confirmation first. But that would stop this money spinner, of course ;-)
