Only getting one star as i can't leave 0. I went to Uni in 1998 - 25 years ago. I now want an adult learner loan so HAVE to use the same account. I can't remember my CRN, phone number or postcode from 25 years ago, so I haev to write and ask them to reset it. And send my driving licence or passport. Not sure I'd trust valuable documents to such an inept company

I've explained my overseas situation multiple times (written cover letters with detailed explanation and helpful links) and I still get the same automatic style response showing they either just haven't read my letter or just cannot be bothered with dealing with anything that doesn't fit in the box. This has been going on for months and has taken up lots of my time, they make it impossible for me to give the evidence they want so I simply give up!
