Trial period is not trial in real life..

I wanted to try of smallpdf was the right tool for my changes in PDF. Unfortunately it was not, so I cancelled the trial period. Apparently something went wrong and I suddenly was charged with 90 EUR... I contacted them and I suddenly receive no reply anymore. So I would not recommend to try their product if you're maybe interested.

Cancelled within the 7 days, they wont give me a refund! It never worked for me. Don't waste your time!

Great product, easy to use, great support team too

Michelle in the smallpdf support team answered my specific question quickly and professionally. I find the smallpdf product perfect for my occasional needs (image to pdf and vice versa; reducing size of pdfs) and their support system is excellent too.

Quick response time

Smallpdf runs on deceptive subscription

Smallpdf runs on deceptive subscription practices. They start you on a free trial, don’t send any reminder before charging, and then refuse to refund you even if you cancel immediately after the charge and haven’t used the service.Their support team just repeats the same script about “terms and conditions” instead of actually helping. No empathy, no flexibility — just a cash grab.It’s a predatory system designed to trap users who forget to cancel. No warning, no courtesy email, just an instant charge and a “too bad, it’s your fault” response.Avoid this service completely unless you like surprise bills and customer service that couldn't care less.

Scam company offering 1 thing, charging you another

Scam company after you have used their free trial. I was offered a "renewal at £0" and instantly charged £81 when I clicked renew No confirmation page, nothing.Their customer support agents completely ignore the issue when I brought it to their attention.Great product, pity about the company morals. Don't use it!
