Review Time
Have been using SodaStream products for over a decade. They have excellent customer service and good prices. Much less expensive than buying pre-made products. Very seldom have an issue, but they have always been resolved very easily. Most recently, when a product was out of stock, Melissa, in customer service extended the discount offer and will notify me when flavor is back in. Who could ask for anything more?
I made the mistake of ordering the wrong canisters. When I reached out to costumer service they had a solution for my return and were able to promptly ship out the correct canisters. I appreciate the quick turn around and fast responses to my issue and I look forward to using my sodastream knowing how helpful costumer service will be.
Abegail helped me with my issue and she was AMAZING! Not only did she know everything and deal with things quickly, she was friendly, professional and over all an absolute delight to interact with. She really is a great asset to the company!
Sodastream products have been great for me, have owned the original version. Just purchased a new version. During ordering process I neglected to add discount code. I requested assistance and they refunded me the amount of the discount, without question. Great customer service overall.Thank you
I've owned the original Soda Stream for almost 20 years and it's finally time to buy a new one. Being environmentally conscious, I wanted to buy a machine with glass bottles. However, the eDuo gets better reviews than the outdated Aqua Fizz, even though it comes with one plastic bottle and one glass. Anyway, I wanted to find out how tall it is to make sure it would fit on my counter. Sadly this information is not available on the product page, so I asked for help from a Soda Stream product specialist. The specialist went above and beyond, showing me where to find the dimensions and even offered me a significant discount on the product. I purchased and it just arrived, but I expect it to be great, as usual!
I made a purchase from Sodastream.com on 10/23 in the amount of $104.10. I made one purchase and I receive a one delivery for what I ordered, however, I was charged TWICE on the same day for the same amount. I provided screenshots that show the duplicate charge on my Amex account as well as the Amex transaction ID numbers associated with both charges on my credit card statement. I have spent a total of nearly 2 hours on the phone with Amex and Sodastream getting nowhere with a resolution. This wasn’t even the only error made by Sodastream for this purchase, but a giant financial burden of an error that as a loyal Sodastream customer should have been taken care of without making me wait an unknown timeframe to get this taken care of. This is unacceptable to be playing games like this. Customer service is useless and apparently so is this “finance department” that isn’t taking care of this with the prompt attention it should be treated with. I should not be expected to wait for a resolution, nor should I be wasting this many hours of my valuable time for a duplicate charge to be taken care of my either Sodastream as the dishonest, untrustworthy merchant who robbed me of an extra $104.10 or for the frustration and inconvenience caused by the lack of help I experienced from Amex in getting a dispute created.
