I ordered a musical fridge magnet that unfortunately didn’t arrive on time, and the battery life was shorter than advertised. Upon reaching out to Soufeel, I was pleasantly surprised by their proactive approach. Their team contacted me daily to discuss the issue and explore possible resolutions. Multiple representatives showed genuine care and concern, ensuring I was fully supported throughout the process. This level of attentive customer service was a refreshing change and left a lasting positive impression.
Terrible company to deal with. The website deceives you in thinking its UK based (its overseas Asia and USA Based!) thus making you think all will be simple (buying, postage and even refunds ect) item (photo box winder) arrived damaged and faulty and I tried to get a refund. The refund process was near impossible as they took so long to reply and they offered me no helpful, reasonable or fair options resulting in a result that resulted to nothing.I am now £45 out of pocket due to damage/faulty goods and poor aftercare service. Valentine gift planned absolutely ruined.
Ordered a gift for Valentine’s Day with enough time if there was a delay it would still come in time. However it did not when emailed the company they said that it was not within the working day period for it to come in time when it was. When I eventually got the gift two pictures were cut out and you couldn’t see them. I emailed and got only a £10 refund I spent over £30. They then delivered a new photo box and when turning a picture was stuck and you had to physically change it yourself. Wouldn’t waste your money on this
