Review Time
I ordered a Spotify scan keyring for my daughter and requested a Sabrina carpenter song called ‘bed chem’ and when it arrived it looked to be fine and had the title bed chem on the keyring, however, when we scanned the product it played a totally different song, despite the fact we fully followed the instructions, this is extremely disappointing in itself but then when I sent a video of the evidence and it clearly showed we followed the instructions, soul feel send a patronising message back with the instructions again. I made it clear through further correspondence and the video again that we had already done that, they simply refused to take any responsibility and said it was either me at fault or Spotify, ludicrous! I requested either the correct order be sent out or a full refund, which they refused and are now ignoring my message. Disgraceful company, DO NOT USE!
The follow up correspondence to help assist with my product inquiry was excellent and helpful. Their response time very fast and they helped sort out my concerns in a productive way. I would defiantly buy from this business again. Especially shout out to Cherry & Sienna for your email follow ups.
Update: Soufeed responded to this review dating they would contact me by email - they have not. I see they have a 98% response rate - it's easy to say you will, but actually looks like you don't! I ordered a photo fridge magnet with music for a Christmas present which arrived on time and was great. The problem is it's played less than 5 times, had run out of charge and will meet recharge. Certainly not worth £15.95 plus £6.95! I've lost the order details now but have learnt my lesson.

I ordered back in April while they were advertising for Mother’s Day (today, May 11th). Product is still in “pre-shipment.” I talked to customer service to cancel the order before it shipped and they told me that it shipped already (it was showing still in production). A few moments later, I got an alert that it was shipped. It’s been in “pre-shipment” status since then (about a week). Pretty shady. I will be returning this. I should have known not to buy anything from China. I should have done more research.
I’m giving this a 5 star even though it took almost 2 months to arrive!The customer service was fabulous once I contacted them and told them I had still not received my order.The order arrived and it was well worth the wait. Thank you I’m thrilled, hubby thrilled! It’s a beautiful keep sake xxx
I but they thought I was not going to carry this on. Well they are wrong!!This is just a set up where you pay for gifts and they are sent from a 3rd party. My item came a moth late for Valentine’s Day and did not work! When I wanted to return it I had to do stupid videos and pictures so the company could then claim from the 3rd party that made it. This went on for months till I got Paypal involved. Then they kept bugging me to close the case before they would sort something out. Not being stupid I kept it going till they give in. I posted a bad review every day on here and facebook till they give in. It total it’s been 2.5 months from the order till they had to refund me. They are a scam and even the reviews are fake! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.
