THEY ROBBED ME

THEY ROBBED MEI have ordered something from this company as a gift for my mum.I have paid for EXPRESS Shipping so I can receive the item on time as I was flying to USA and wanted to take the item with me, The total Order was for more than £50 (including EXPRESS DELIVERY) I have received an item that was not mine, they agree they made a mistake and their solution is for me to wait 4-6 days for production and then they will ship via STANDARD. I explained that's not what I have paid, and is per their mistake they should ship EXPRESS delivery as they charge me for that service and they are stating their policy is to ship via STANDARD only and they can pay via EXPRESS only if I pay a fee. So even they have made the mistake they are expecting me to pay for their mistakeIm flying in 2 days without a gift and I just lose my moneyTERRIBLEEEEEEEEEEE DO NOT PURCHASEI will never again

Buyer beware.Although the website indicates a UK company, do not be fooled. Products are shipped directly from China.My purchase, which was not cheap, arrived scratched and covered in dust and other grime. Poorly packaged.Customer services make it as awkward as possible to arrange any sort of refund.Complete scam.Avoid.

Ordered on the 7th November for a…

Ordered on the 7th November for a birthday of my mum which was 21st November, when order was placed it said latest I would receive is 20th November so I ordered it. Now today is 27th November and it is still no where to be seen. I’m not sure if this is a scam site or not so I personally would say don’t order from them and risk waiting a long time and nothing arriving. They say 5-9 business days, well currently I’m at 15 business days and who knows where it is if it even exists
