Review Time
I have been in Contact with Cherry@ Soufeel for the last few day.. she has been very helpful and had doubled checked orders I made separately just in case... I cannot fault her customer service and would fully recommend..Can't wait to receive my goods!
Customer service was awesome! My person checked in with me every few days to lmk that they'd received my order and it would take a certain amount of days for processing/shipping. She messaged me letting me know that the product had arrived, and to let her know if there were any issues so they can take care of it. The product in general (I got the hand-cranked photo flipbook) was a little poor quality, and the pictures sometimes get stuck as I'm cranking it. However it still does its job, and I thought for a moment this was a scam so I'd give 4 stars
Customer service was great. The initial product that I received was faulty, but they were quick to replace it and the communication was top notch. I was even sent a video of the replacement product working as intended before it shipped. Making it right with a customer goes a long way and I would order again.
Update as of June 11th my order has now arrived. thanks to the Review Team for sorting out for me following this review. still a long time but at least they fixed the problem. i made an order in March for a gift. The order didnt arrive, i had a delivery notice with a telephone no. on that didn't work (it wasn't a real telephone no. Customer service got involved but it got worse, i was asked on a total of 5 occasions to confirm my delivery address and then for the second delivery nothing arrived. i chased and chased to be told it had been delivered by royal mail but then after that i got a notification asking me for payment to Evri so that my parcel could be delivered as the address was wrong. Apparently, its now my responsibility to chase Royal Mail. Really disappointed, terrible customer experience and i would tell anyone and everyone not to deal with these people. As of 29th May, no product, no refund and hours and hours of my time wasted.
I had a Problem with my order and although it is very unfortunate I now have to wait another 3 weeks for my photo box, Cherry was very friendly and helped me as best as she could to replace my order. She communicated very openly, timely and was very helpful.
