Cherry was so helpful with taking care of my concerns. My product came with no light or music an originally ordered and cherry was pleasant and willing to assist in getting me a new product. I also appreciate the speedy assistance and responses to my emails. I’m looking forward to getting my new product and pray it’s in working condition.

Do Not Buy

Do Not Buy. I bought the flip box as a birthday gift. When the package arrived I opened it I was extremely dissatisfied with the quality of this product. There were photos that had fallen out of the flip box and also all of the photos were mismatched. Due to this problem I had to fix the product myself and put all the photos in the correct order. Another reason why I am dissatisfied with this product is due to the rotating lever that flips the pictures. It was stiff and would get stuck on certain photos(I was rotating the leaver In The correct direction clockwise). Another issue is the photos were different sizes which made it look messy and cheap. There were also wires that are connected to the light which are on display. Overall I am absolutely appalled at the quality of this product. I paid £38 for the product and I think charging that for this product is absolutely disgusting. I would not pay anymore than £10 for this product. It looks like a child has made it in design and technology

arrived broken + they told me to glue it myself

my product arrived broken, i reached out the company for a replace product and all i recieved was an email telling me "to glue it myself" but it is not something that can be fixed with glue because it's supposed to spin, if i glue it then it'll remain in place it won't spin, my issue was with the magnet inside that is broken and it's not something i can fix myself, Sienna from customer service was absolutely no help

Don’t waste your money paying the insurance

Have not received product or refund even tho shipping insurance was payed. Customer services very unhelpful.

I ordered a necklace and gift ox for my partners birthday. All I have received is the giftbox. So dissatisfied and disappointed. It’s her birthday on Sunday and now one of her presents is missing
