Ordered from this company and it was to be delivered by 5/5/2025 but as yet it has not been delivered. It has not moved since clearing customs 5 days ago. Tried to contact them about this and it won’t give me the page to contact on their web site, I have also tried to contact them via oyoal but can’t contact that way either. I have now asked PayPal to do a refund for me over the item not being delivered and them being uncontainable. Be careful using this companyI am still trying to reply to your email but can’t as they won’t send. I’m bringing to think that this is a scamCompany and I did right to ask PayPal to do a charge back as they in their emails are telling me they want to help but not allowing me contact with them at all

I just received my order of the viewfinder with personalised photos- it took weeks to arrive and I am bitterly disappointed. The viewfinder itself is incredibly cheap looking (and feeling!) and the photos are grainy and out of focus. Please think again before wasting your money on this!
