Since this is a keepsake book necklace for my perfect granddaughter, it has to be perfect. The ease of chatting with Cherry was amazing and I appreciate it so much.
I had requested a change of my order, and within 12 hours, Cherry had modified my order and notified me. She also further said to reach out with any other request.
