I was paired with Joesph at the bury store both times during my visit to specsavers! He was super friendly, I really built a rapport with him while choosing glasses and valued his opinion, he then helped me fit my glasses once they arrived. Being super professional and friendly once again!
I was seen by this obnoxious woman who tested my eyes asking me questions about my eyes and practically after I answered calling me a liar,and when I was being tested telling me to try harder to read the letters being shown to me and telling me to guess what I'm looking at, I cant see them so what's the point of guessing that's why I'm there to test my eyes.
Due to personal reasons i have not attended an Opticians since 2018. I was very apprehensive about going, however my visit was amazing. The Optician I consulted with was not judgmental and was very supportive annd professional, along side the assistant that helped myself and my husband chose new spectacles my visit was very pleasurable.Thank you for this very pleasurable experience.
