Great customer service from a young…

Great customer service from a young lady called Reo or something like that. The store was a bit crowded both times I went in but I was seen quickly (no pun intended). I would recommend the store because the staff are brilliant.

I arrived around 15 minutes earlier…

I arrived around 15 minutes earlier than my appointment time so expected to have a bit of a wait but I was saw within 1 or 2 minutes and so able to actually get out earlier than expected to carry on with my daily life. Very good not keeping to a preset appointment time :)

Re instate your in house labs

I would have given 5 stars but the delay in completion of my glasses due to them no longer having an in house lab means I had to go on holiday without them
