Absolutely useless Waterlooville branch, had a hearing test booked for today at 2.30 which was booked on line a couple of weeks ago, took the afternoon off paid the parking only to be told we do not have an appointment for you.Have been buying my glasses off them for years but no more as they couldn’t care less.
After waiting a week for my glasses to arrive I went into collect them only to be given the completely wrong prescription. My vision was worse with them on than without! They then notified me that they had to be remade so it would take another week!!! No urgency, no apology nothing! After a week I had to call them again as had not been contacted to be told that they would be at least 10 days! So was given the wrong information from the beginning. I asked if they could make a call to see if it could be expedited as it was there error and still haven’t heard anything. It just doesn’t feel me with confidence and I will not be going back to the Cromer branch ever again.
I have a bad hearing defect. sometimes I am uncomfortable being in company, but I felt quite at home with staff and examiner. It took about an hour to check the health of my eyes and my sight and making sure the new glasses fit right. If the end product is as good as my visit to specsavers I will be well pleased. Thank you
My experience with Holly was brilliant. She was informative and helpful. Such a lovely person. Claire was extremely supportive and very helpful too.Rupinder ( Ruby) was the one of the best and I would like to thank everyone and I definitely would recommend Specsavers because of my experience with these three ladies.
Avoid Clitheroe Specsavers if you are looking for customer service. Long story short - after they were at fault and ordered the wrong frames they wanted me to pay £20 extra for the frames I chose and wait another 2 weeks. I paid in excess of £320 at this store - the Manager preferred to refund me in full with my return of the first pair too rather than waive the fee as their error and a gesture towards this. Total failure on customer relation/retention, customer service and revenue as they now have 2 pairs of glasses made with my prescription, one used for 3 weeks for the sake of owning the issue over £20. I’ve been a loyal customer but I will shop elsewhere and never return or recommend! Disappointing to say the least
