We are travellers, and forgot to bring glasses cleaning cloths. Fatima, at Spec Savers Oakville Place, kindly cleaned our glasses, and went above and beyond to tighten the screws on my husband's glasses. Great service, and the we were suddenly seeing the worksd more clearly.
Specsavers in Crouch End ! Once you pay for the glasses all the customer service goes out the window when you go to collect them. Was same prescription as last time and told them the glasses seem a bit off not as good as my others old ones and was dismissed and I still feel the same about them too. Then I get spammed with “come and get your eyes tested emails” the prices for the lenses are no longer competitive lots of cheaper alternatives
i was treated very well by staff, a nice welcome, the first couple of tests were explained very well, then i saw the optician, very professional and again very pleasant to talk to and finally me new prescription glasses, staff member could not have been more acommodating, again very professional and pleasant, Jill her name was
I was serviced by Sharon at the Terra Nova branch. She struck me as very professional, courteous and friendly, helpful. I will surely recommend her to my friends and relatives and will make Specsavers my go-to eye glasses store forever.
This was my first time ever going for an eye test and checking that my eye health was okay. Aneesah carried out my test and she was lovely. She was very understanding of my medical concerns relating to my eyes and put me at ease.Choosing my glasses was really easy after having some advice on different types appropriate for meCollecting my glasses was also supper simple and easy. I booked a collection time and was sorted within 10 minutes of my arrival.The staff here have been nothing but wonderful!
