Spec Savers has the customer experience down to a science. They do a great job with customer relations...greeting, professional eye assessment, glass frame selection, and then delivery of the final product.They do all this to impress you, gain your confidence, even though you may not need new glasses.
All staff were polite and courteous. The service was quick but at no time did I feel rushed. All staff explained the different aspects of their jobs as they carried out their duties. Checked into past history to ensure nothing had been missed. Very happy.
A very professional service and a decent selection of glasses to choose from. Some freebies, if you spend over a certain amount. The only negative, is that they don't offer a made to measure service. That means the glasses don't always fit properly across the bridge of the nose.
