I arrived for my appointment early but this didn’t seem to be a problem. I was taken right away. The whole process was carried out with precision. Amber took time to test my eyes and explained about the deterioration in my eyes and the need for glasses.Then the process of choosing and being measured up for glasses for quick and easy.I would recommend your company to others x
I ordered bifocal sunglasses a few months ago but when they arrived they weren't sunglasses. Apologies accepted and the bifocal sunglasses were re-ordered. After waiting an age I called Specsavers and was asked, 'They're here. Were you expecting to be notified ?'. .... Er, yes, I'm not telepathic. I went to collect the replacement glasses but they were in the wrong frames. Apologies again and the glasses are on re-order. Really, what a dismal performance.
