I always go to Chatham specsavers even tho it’s not the closest to me , they are so professional and caring , jaz who done my eye test was great explaining everything in a way I could understand and Jenny who looked after me after I had chosen my glasses was outstanding she gave me options for different lenses and gave advice for my sunglasses , thankyou jenny and even better she has my mums name … Joanne knight
.... I would like.to give a "Big Thankyou" to both Adrian and Peter at the Grimsby Specsavers branch Victoria Street for there friendly expert service, professionalism and honesty. Both Adrian and Peter went above and beyond for me regarding my double vision sight that just came on suddenly over night? They are both a credit to Specsavers and I just can't Thank them enough for all there help and advice regarding me getting back to seeing normal again! 10/10
19/6/25 Original appointment for eye test after been seen .. was told to sit back & wait were then I was sitting & waiting for over 40 mins.... Had to go up & remind somebody .. Week later 26/6/25. Went to pick my glasses up Appointment time was 10.50. Got there a bit early & seem to be quieter. Gave my name in.... Was still sitting there at. 11.05 was only there to pick glasses up ... So both experiences Not Good .... Been going to Birkenhead for years Will Not be returning
