Efficient and courteous service from Hassan (front desk) and Jia (Optometrist) at the Whitechapel, London branch. I was out in less than an hour of my arrival, having been tested and bought glasses.The glasses are due for collection next week.
Fabulous experience from the second I walked in the door. I got lured in with an advert showing someone with lilac coloured frames, and when I said this, I was shown many other options.I made an appointment to get my eyes checked because I went into my handbag one day to look for my hand cream, picked out what a thought was hand cream, and it wasn't. The optician was very very kind, and I loved the fact that she had read my notes before i turned up and covered all my family history concerns with my eyes.I was given good recommendations and all the staff went above and beyond in terms of people experience. Two for one on frames was also spectacular!
This was my first visit to Specsavers. The staff were very friendly and helpful. During all the tests carried out, each step was explained clearly as were the results during my eye test. The help given to select new glasses was great and the deal I got was brilliant. I would recommend this company, they were great.
I visited the Kendal branch in Sainsbury's around 6 weeks ago. Leah (I hope I've spelt this correctly) greated me straight away with the most welcoming smile. My eye test was carried out by a wonderful lady, then it was time to choose my new frames! Leah stepped up again and went above and beyond. She helped me choose the right glasses for me, she politely help me steer away from ones that didn't suit me, and made some suggestions that in all honesty, wouldn't have been my 'go to' choice. I collected my finished glasses 2 weeks later and again, was looked after by my wonderful fashion designer. When I arrived home, my wife was amazed how I'd managed to pick frames that were not only trendy, but suited me. I can honestly say that I am delighted with my new specs, and the service I received from everyone at the branch. I do hope that Leah gets the recognition she deserves! I will certainly not go overdue on my next eye examination.
I was experiencing trauma in one of my eyes for a couple of months. During this time, I visited the Hospital A&E and my GP, neither of whom diagnosed correctly, and my eye trauma remained. My usual optician was quite a distance, so I'd avoided visiting them for help. I arranged an emergency appointment with SpecSavers Newlands, and I can honestly say it was the best service I've ever experienced. Dr Waq examined me for over an hour and arranged an emergency eye hospital appointment for the same day. After receiving treatment from the Eye Hospital, my trauma was resolved within a week, and I am delighted to have Specsavers Newlands as my new optician now. All of their Opticians are the most professional I've experienced, and the Eye Consultants could not be more attentive and helpful. Moving to Specsavers Newlands has been one of the best decisions I've made for my health. Thank you again. A+++
