I visited kingswinford store Amazing service Four people dealt with me and each step of the process was seamless . Professional friendly and caring The last timeI went to the opticians was 2020 and it was such a awful experience I have ended up wearing off the shelf ones so plucking up the courage to come to soecsavers was a big thing , my son uses this branch and said how lovely the staff were so what his is why I came here . No pressure from a sales point of view just honest helpful advice . You have a wonderful team here who are clearly happy to be there too ! So well done to the management team there as well as clearly they understand what great leadership is all about . A massive thank you and big thumbs up to the team.

I am writing to complain about the service I received during my recent eye test and glasses order. I have been a customer for over 10 years, but this experience has been extremely disappointing.I was given an incorrect prescription at my first appointment, and a second prescription had to be issued. Even after receiving the second pair of glasses, my vision remained blurry and I developed headaches. Despite returning to the store, I was told that my prescription may have changed again within a week?, which I find unacceptable.Due to these ongoing problems, I have returned the glasses and asked a full refund, as I am not satisfied with the service provided. I also used my workplace eye-care voucher for this appointment, which I have now lost as it cannot be reused. This loss should be taken into consideration when resolving my complaint.

Staff were amazing friendly and helpful . But on the selection of new frames I think spec savers needs to improve there quality and selection which has gone down since last year 🤔 Overall it was a good experience.
