Our new Springer Spaniel puppy had managed to steal my new reading glasses and chewed them to death! Specsavers came to the rescue with their calm professional service and gave me 2 new pairs for £90, which I was able to collect in one week. Needless to say, I keep them well out of Pip’s reach!
Although the examination with the optician was very good, it would seem that my appointment was booked at a time when she was on her lunch break. Having to wait for 30 minutes after my appointment slot is not acceptable ! Also the store in Brighton seems to be extremely chaotic most of the time many staff just seem to be rushing around everywhere. It's not the best experience but it's good value for money.

Professional friendly and caring The last timeI went to the opticians was 2020 and it was such a awful experience I have ended up wearing off the shelf ones so plucking up the courage to come to soecsavers was a big thing , my son uses this branch and said how lovely the staff were so what his is why I came here . No pressure from a sales point of view just honest helpful advice . You have a wonderful team here who are clearly happy to be there too ! So well done to the management team there as well as clearly they understand what great leadership is all about . A massive thank you and big thumbs up to the team.
