Review Time
Whilst there were plenty of staff on duty, it would appear that far too many customers were offered appointments at the same time. The waiting area is inadequate for the number of people waiting therefore some people unable to sit with their partner of with whom they are acompaning, a mother and daughter were there during my appointment and there was nowhere for them to sit together . I had to wait a considerable time between seeing the optical assistant and the optician and then felt rushed to choose frames for my glasses as many people were waiting and talking. I am very disappointed.
Very good excellent service carried out by professional, polite and friendly staff. Especially Conner who fixed my old broken glasses on the spot for me while I’m waiting for my new glasses to arrive and My optician Micheal Parker was brilliant, thorough, listened, knowledgeable, professional, polite and made me feel very welcome. I would recommend Marlborough Specsavers everytime.
