As always Specsavers excelled themselves. My husband is elderly and "Chandra" - the lady who dealt with him on arrival was most courteous and understanding. She took the time to explain in detail both before he had the eye test and again after that was done - the results and what his options were. I cannot recommend this Specsavers in Windsor highly enough. Well done and many many thanks. 5*****
Their eye doctor at the Specsavers in Shoppers World in Brampton is horrible. Not sure if they have just one or multiple but the young female one that was working Dec. 01 2025 is horrible and disrespectful. My appointment was for 11 am and I arrived 15 minutes early as I know there is always stuff to fill out or do before the appointment. My "doctor" comes strolling in at 11:10 am with not a care in the world and then slowly starts getting ready. At 11:18 am I ask the employee what's the hold up and I don't know what he said to her but she comes out all pissed off and rude telling me there was traffic and that she's getting ready. When I ask how much longer as I took time from work to come today she tells me not to give her attitude (I wasn't but my voice was clearly irritated) and if I wanted to even do the appointment. The second she asked that in that tone and attitude. I knew she was not getting my business and said no. And her response was, I thought so. She has horrible attitude and 0 customer service skills. If you have an appointment, you leave early to make sure you arrive on time and if there were delays outside your control, you apologize and move as quickly as you can to make up the time. You don't get mad and give attitude to someone that has been waiting for you.I don't recommend using her (I don't know her name as they wouldn't give it to me after the fact). The store itself seems good but the eye doctor is to be avoided if you want someone who arrives on time, is respectful and actually has customer service experience.
