I spent 30 mins to get to the Tunbridge…

I spent 30 mins to get to the Tunbridge Wells shop only to find the staff inside and the shop shut only needed to pick up my glasses, my last email was to confirm pick up and no further emails from them about it being closed, will be looking for a refund and will never use them again
