Was surprised the girl who served me did'nt realise she'd left writing on my lenses, did'nt check the glasses fitted correctly even though i told her they were loose. Ended up taking both pairs of glasses to my sons opticians who very kindly fitted them properly for me, cleaned the lenses at no extra cost to myself. I suggest you either give proper training or employ people that know what your saying and know what to do.
I had a eye test with bismark who was very thorough and gracie helped me pick my frames and and polly done the hand over and fitting of the glasses very professional in how the all conducted the whole procedure would definitely come again
Everything from start to finish went well.. appointment for eye test and subsequent update on changes to prescription… new reading glasses only recommended and no changes needed for varifocals or the daily disposable contact lens which use as to suit …the new reading glasses are a superb fit .. and their lightness along with the additional features to protect and react to light etc make them very easy to wear … excellent value (their own brand) ..
Testing was very thorough. On time, too, although I was there for a bit longer than I expected!Allow at least 2 hours (or maybe I was jst peculiar!)Great help with choosing the frames and then brilliant fitting to make sure they would be comfortable.Highly recommend.
I was welcomed as soon as entering the shop and was looked after by Amber who was extremely helpful, polite, friendly and did my eye scan. My eye test & the results of my eye scan was carried out quickly and efficiently by Ageei. Following this Amber showed me a selection of frames and offered good advice. My glasses were ready for collection a week later and Amber carried out the handover & fitting. I can't fault the service received throughout the process, it was excellent from all staff. I have been to Specsavers for a few years now & will continue to use them in the future.
