GP referred me back to Specsavers as part of a condition review. This was again to look at the back of my eyes…£10 charge. The previous prescription …2 pairs of spectacles …was updated without charge. New prescription was then Handed back to my GP via reception. Excellent.
Communication concerning appointments via e mail is very good. The staff are very pleasant and helpful. The eye test was done very professionally and explained in detail by Rui, pronounced as Ray. I was very pleased with my treatment and have no interest in going elsewhere in future. Ray should be commended for his approach and efficiency.
