This company has excellent customer service and a staff who are both professional but able to put customers at ease. There is no hard sell and a good selection of frames that are clearly priced.The eye examinations are thorough and every aspect is followed up and what happens next is clearly explained. The customer is never left uncertain regarding any aspect of their experience. Highly recommend.
The opticians was great and my eye test was fine but the people after that picking glasses was a very embarrassment as they tried to charge me more than I should have been paying as I am on Pension Credit I should get help in paying but they tried at every turn to get money from me over and above what my help was I stuck to my guns and didn’t pay and it was decided that I got the glasses but if I hadn’t I would have been paying money I didn’t need to
