Ive had a bloomin lovely experience overall. Wonderful staff as well, (I’ve had my eye test and glasses at Bristol Cribbs branch), they were so attentive and detailed in their work, and no fuss when I asked to change one of my glasses to a different frame and lens because it ended up uncomfortable for me. I love my new glasses. Thanks and looking forward to buy my next glasses!
Store staff helpful, however the long online questionnaire I filled in after making my eye test appointment was not available to the branch, so on arrival for my appointment I was asked the same questions! I didn’t appreciate the endless emails reminding me of the appointment.
It was two yearly eye test and I new my prescription had changed and the eye test was very thorough and the person doing the test was very thorough explains each part of the test and then after choosing the frames the lady then explained all the different lenses and the. Differences between them so all in all an excellent service.
