Specsavers on the Strand were unfortunately not so great. They were friendly but didn’t deliver the glasses when they promised they would despite criticalness and actually provided me with glasses that were totally unsuitable. Specsavers in Hinckley however were absolutely fantastic resolved the issues even though they were not of their creating big thanks to them especially, I think it was Stefan, the assistant manager.
I had a really positive experience at Specsavers. The staff were friendly, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly during my eye test. The service was efficient, and I felt well looked after throughout. A great balance of expertise and customer care. I would definitely recommend Specsavers to anyone looking for reliable eye care and glasses.
