It was two yearly eye test and I new my prescription had changed and the eye test was very thorough and the person doing the test was very thorough explains each part of the test and then after choosing the frames the lady then explained all the different lenses and the. Differences between them so all in all an excellent service.
There's nothing in particular I've been going specsavers for years always looked after my eyes,,making sure No Glocoma also checking my reading long distance vision which is crucial to me these 3 in particular And then getting me the glasses I felt more confident in
I bent my glasses frames and so went back to Specsavers in St Albans to buy new frames and have my prescription lenses, the most expensive part of the spectacles, put in the new frames. They did this for me, there and then. I was extremely impressed.
I enjoyed my experience at Specsavers Streatham as it was quite busy but I still didn’t have to wait too long as every staff member was being utilised to care for customers as soon as possible which was very much appreciated. I was served by Ashna and she was very kind and informative.
