One of the best gyms

I had gym memberships before sportcity, the difference is the consistency of a service company attitude, helpful, pleasant and professional attitude, from all staff members, at the reception, on the gym floor, the variety of available classes all week, and of course, some of the best personal trainers out there, 2 years on and loving it.

Great group classes

I am signed up to the New Babylon location and would 100% recommend it to everyone. They have a wide variety of classes at convenient times in the evening and weekend so you can always try something new. I particularly enjoy the yoga, pilates and mixed classes such as BodyBalance and BodyShape. The facilities of this location are new and very well maintained. A good choice :)

Crew

Hi,Not in every location is the same atmosphere. In some clubs the crew is really not helpful and not even sayin good morning. I understand that we can have a bad day because I have also but I need to be always nice and at least say good morning.

Improvement points

Staff is great, it is clean, but group lessons are overbooked…. or there are people joining who didn’t book the class in the app. Also, you should perhaps replace the music device in the group hall as it stops working multiple times during the class.
