Review Time
I have been going to SportCity for a couple of years now. It is always been a good experience, equipment clean and in good state. Nice and friendly personnel and fellow sport people. From time to time a machine is being repaired, and it is normally done quite fast. Sport City very recommendable.
The best aspect of SportCity is that there are plenty of clubs and it is possible to workout in different places. The other good quality is that there are a variety of classes.There are a few improvement points:Changing rooms and toilets are below expectations. Showers with timers that are hard to operate and out of the "shower cabinet". Toilets are in general not closed environment, divided only by the wooden divisories.The classes can be good, but there is no standard to them. The "same" class is very different from unit to unit. It depends 100% on the quality of the specific instructor. Also there could be classes targeted to different fitness levels and difficulty levels.Overall a good gym, the basics are covered, but the standardization is missing. If all clubs had same infrastructure as the best clubs (normal, not the premium ones) and classes were also all at the same level of quality it would be absolutely great.
I like SportCity because it includes all the lessons such as yoga and barre. I really appreciate Mark’s yoga every Monday morning. It makes me feel comfortable and confident with my body and myself. Also very good training for my muscle as if I worked out. I can feel nice muscle pain a day after Mark’s yoga class.
The reason I love Sportcity is coz there are qualified instructors they guide you or give you advice. There are also personal trainers who ‘ll guide you to achieve you get your goal, looking atletisch or like all muscle up. The trainers, instructors, dietitians and physio are also there to help you to improve your health if you need advice from an expert. Most important thing they are always friendly what makes the sessions also more enjoyable.Due to health issues I finally took the step to continuously work on my health. In beginning I only workout for a hour than as mine health condition improved I started to join classes as yoga and pilates what I really love to do even I look very ridiculous doing it, even makes me laugh at myself.Further on the line I started to exercise also in the evening yip is hard but when you have a goal you have to work harder to achieve your goal, so 9 months further I burned a lot of fat, gained more muscle got stronger and clearer mind, still working harder to reach the ultimate goal of looking and feeling healthy in naturally way, yah also coz my two brothers told me to work on my healthy life, in my culture we respect our elder sibling. Feeling now great and more stronger and healthy, in natural way. Still eat chocolates doh, mine sinfully guilty pleasure addiction😜
