In the beginning they do follow-ups and give calls (motnhly subscription), but as soon as you subscribe longterm they only cash in and dont care where you are or what happened. Theyve been cashing from my account for three years without asking why they never saw me (i was badly injured and not able to train). When i rang the alarmbell about what happened they just sent me the random 'sorry you're leaving' email. Theyre even making me pay another month!!! disgraceful.

The worst experience I have ever had.

The worst experience I have ever had.I visit the gym since I was 15, 12 years now I never faced scammers like this. I cancelled my subscription back in 2022, and I asked since then 3-4 times to delete my account. I didn't received any answer, later on they ask for bigger amounts, because the people who work at this place are probably useless and they never pass the messages from on shift to the other. Somewhere they lose your emails.They only thing they are well trained is how to send ticky to your Bank account.Don't choose these scammers.Terrible 😔

Really disappointed

Really disappointed. I signed up for one month only and paid a premium price, at the end of the month I extended for another month and paid an premium price as well. I used the gym for a total period of 2 months - yet they charged me for 4 months as they say I didn’t cancel a prepaid one month only ‘subscription’ the service I was told was not on going on for one month.

Worst Gym Ever - Thieves

I cannot give zero, if not I would. I am being charged by these thieves constantly. Gyms in NL, opened back in the end of May, on June, they tried to charge me twice, I have sent already several emails, never got an answer, you call, they say system is automatic, wait for an email. Guess what? Another charge comes. I asked multiple times for invoices, there is no where to see the invoices, they also do not send the invoices or show you a breakdown of the charges. This is by far the worse gym I have ever been, save your money, go for Basic Fit or Fit for Free, at least there they don't rip you off.
