The most unbelievably frustrating and terrible order and return process. Customer care is non existant other than a truly awful bot system signposted to you as their solution - they cant answer or help with any query. I made a mistake with an old delivery address noticed immediately and can neither change the address or cancel the order. I emailed after several minutes with the chat bot (the conversation is so bad - i have screen shot them all - sports direct state depending on time of contact you can cancel the orde but customer care do not offer a drop down for cancel order. I emailed under the only drop down which is "i recieved the wrong order" Automatic reply states they are very busy and will reply in a few days - in which time the trainers I ordered are being sent to an old address. Customer satisfaction is so greatly linked to communication and resolution - sports direct is the worst at this. I made a big order at the start of the year which had the correct address. Their systems are outdated and their "new" Ai chat bot tech such an awful investment. Its beyond terrible.
