That my computer was repaired and returned in a timely manner. I would have preferred some communication as to what was needed for my computer to be fixed. All the websites would indicate is it was in repair not what was being done.
I contacted square trade regarding my shredder not working and have yet to hear from anyone. My last contact was requesting a copy of my order which I sent on 4/25/2025, and since then nothing. Where do I take or send it to get fixed or where will I be reimbursed for it. I would like to throw it out because it's just taking up space and is unusable.
