Your replacement item will not be same quality

I liked how easy it was to make a claim. I liked how quickly the replacement was sent. I did not like that the choice of replacement items were not of the same quality. But I guess it’s better than nothing.

With only minor delays, it all worked out as it should.

After figuring out what needed to be done, and having it take a little longer than expected to receive the check, we were glad that the company figured out they could not email the gift card, but rather sent a check, which worked out equally as well. Thank you for providing this service.
