You change numbers as every time the claim moves to the next step. Therefore no one can see the history of the claim. Also every time you ask status, the response is wait 1 or 2 business days. I have been working on my claim for 6 weeks

What u replaced my vacuum with was not even worth half of what I gave for it. Not fair. It doesn't have a roller at the bottom to pick up dirt. Cheap
