My biggest complaint is the fact that I did not have a usable tv for over a month but in the end I did receive a fairly decent replacement. The tv is not as good as the original but it works ok. The first replacement was not compatible with cable tv service so it had to be returned and that resulted in a longer wait to get it resolved. I really think it would have been simpler to just cut a check as a refund on the original. I could’ve have it resolved in a week.
Difficult to file claim. Allstate stated it was still under warranty with the manufacturer and contact. They indicated that I would receive an email with the warranty information. The email stated Manufacturer and nothing was listed. The same with contact number.I tried to look online for the information but there was nothing. Finally I contacted the manufacturer who stated again no warranty.The manufacturer, Orion, does nothing.
