From the beginning this has been a total nightmare. Before I buy any other electronic device warranty, I will check to see if the warranty is through Allstate. It has taken over a month to get the warranty service or alternative resolution done and my appliance is still not usable. I have spoken to, or chatted with, more than a dozen different people or AI generated events. They each ask me to repeat every step multiple times and at the moment they are addressing one refurbished piece of parts at a time. The TV just should have been replaced. They know it's a lemon and instead of a new item that I got, it was probably a total refurbished TV that someone else had turned in.
