Review Time
Item sat in a warehouse from December 6 to the 23rd. I tried messaging them via phone, chat, and email. No reply. Since it was the only gift I had for my daughter for Christmas and since I didn’t know when it would be delivered, I finally went to a store in my area (which I should have done instead in of ordering from these clowns), and found the item. There is no way to cancel an order once it is put in with them. They sent an email about some bull crap with “delayed shipments” and overnighted it to me. Now I have 2 cups. I will NEVER order from this business again. They should be paying ME for the amount of time I put in trying to figure out where my order was and when it would arriving. I am astounded at how they stay in business with customer service being so abysmal.
Wish I'd looked at the reviews first, paid for next day delivery got it 3days later and the wrong colour, I tried telling them that they confirmed the wrong colour in the order within minutes but the customer service is very poor, do yourselves a favour and avoid using this company.
Would give zero stars if I could. Ordered on 5 December. Parcel Tracking shows at Royal Mail hub in Northampton since 8 December, date today 21 December. No response to tickets raised via Stanley 1913 Uk. This is basically a company stealing from customers as the money has left my account for goods not received.
4 weeks and I’ve still not had my orders which are supposed to be Christmas gifts. Contacted Stanley 3 times now with no reply and £100 out of pocketI have now gone to my bank to do a chargeback and get my money back that way!!!Disgraceful company non existent customer service I’d avoid buying at all costs! Anyone else not getting any where go directly to your banks and they will do a chargeback back for you! This company should be shut down!
On 11/22/24 I ordered 8 customized Stanley products for my children’s teachers. They guaranteed holiday delivery within 13-15 business days and my order was confirmed. Just now on 12/12/24 I received an email canceling my order due to their engraving service being down with an apology promo code of 35% off. Their website is offering a holiday sale with 25% off. I am so upset-my children and I spent so much time on their website customizing these special gifts and a business such as Stanley should NOT be offering customization if they can not keep up with the orders. Will never buy a Stanley again and will be telling all friends and family about our experience.
Ordered 3 products on Dec 1. Finally chatted with someone and got a tracking number. Kept checking the tracking and it just sat there, never picked up by UPS. Chatted again only for the customer support to lie and say the courier picked it up and they have no idea where it is. Going back into tracking, the courier NEVER picked it up. Finally on Dec 17 th, they produce a refund because products are out of stock. Hhmm...were they out of stock or lost, not sure. Beware!!
Zero stars if I could. Not for the quality of the product but for the horrible customer service. No representative can answer any of your questions, and they will continue to talk in circles. I haven’t received my orders in weeks despite several calls.
If I could give them negative stars I would!!! Placed an order and ask to cancel the order within a couple of hours and they said it could not be cancelled because it was already fulfilled by the warehouse and the shipping label and been created. If the product hasn’t left the company then it should be able to be cancelled. After reading other reviews I know that if I return it once the cup arrives I wouldn’t get my money back anyway. This was my first time buying from them and it is most definitely my last!!!! Buyer beware DO NOT DO BUSINESS with this company!!!!! SCAM!!!!!
