Did not receive the product

Did not receive the product. Wouldn't issue a refund when requested minutes after the purchase. Provided a tracking number that was delivered on the other side of the country. Would give zero stars if possible. Fraudulent company.

i ordered 2 40 oz tumblers May 13 2023.. was tracking my order but as of May 17 there is no updates and it has not been delivered... no way to get a hold of the company!!!! THIS IS A SCAM.. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

Definitely a scam

Definitely a scam, I’m so upset I got suckered into it! I’ve disputed the charge with my bank, emailed the scammer (not expecting any reply), and took screenshots of the tracking: shipped from China to Florida, though the charge went through France and I live in Oregon. Don’t online shop even a little drunk, it’s not worth it, people are the worst.(PS this is clearly *not* the real Stanley company, which is who the two 5 ⭐️ reviews are for, this is a scam capitalizing on dummies like me)

Santa is collecting items

I never see reviews, I still waiting for my order. Tracking number said item was delivered to North Pole and I live In Georgia. Maybe Santa is collecting item for Christmas. Definitely not a real company, it’s a scam.

It may be hard to get a hold of…

It may be hard to get a hold of customer service but they made good on warranty claim. They are really slow about refunds and the replacement lid was on back order and took a few weeks but I did get it. They could do better but I thought they deserved a kind review for following through.

Shocking

Shocking, avoid at all costs. Paid for one stanley cup, was given a tracking number and showed as delivered in England (I live in Scotland). After numerous emails asking for a refund to be fobbed off saying they have sent out another one. Have emailed again asking for a refund and low and behold no reply this time. Total scam!!!
