We brought our home 30/5/2025 snagging list was given in to Stately when we 1st moved in , All I can say it has all now been sorted, mainly by Rob who is very tidy and helpful.( Answered all our questions )Would also like to say when I rung Stately they were always very helpful
We purchased our home in 2022 and have had many issues, from creaking floors, damaged fittings, leaking window etc. Stately have put everything right though you have to keep on their case. Rob is a nice guy and does a good job. The main problem with Stately is the compromise on quality and by this I mean cheap door hinges, curtain poles, fittings etc., inefficient radiators and budget appliances. For example, our Ariston combi boiler is just 3 years old and already failing. Be prepared to replace/upgrade.
Like all new properties, Park homes often have faults, some due to manufacturing defects, some due to material defects and some to contents issues. Having worked in the building industry for most of my working life, especially the snagging side. You can imagine, that my standards are way above that of a normal home owner.Lindsey at Statley Albion customer service, along with Owen, Rob and Louis, service engineers. Have gone far beyond , what I would have expected. They are a credit to the company. Thank you , for working with us and getting our home to a standard we can now enjoy for many years
My parents have one their shocking homes. The paint finish is peeling off. Stately have everything buttoned up with their terms and conditions, so that my parents have no where to go. My dad is 92, and stately are not bothered. Hope they go bust....
Purchased a stately home, sent my snagging list in. Within a reasonable time Rob was sent round to complete my issues. Contacted Lindsey at head office with further minor issues & Rob was sent back to complete. Excellent customer service. Credit to your company
Damp and mould in one of the wardrobes in the bedroom. Was advised this could be due to cooking, showering poor ventilation. Very patronising response from stately. Despite sending photos of wet on the floor of the wardrobe. Just for clarification I don’t cook or shower in the wardrobe. Will be taking this further, as far as I can. I know for a fact others on this park have had these problems in the past and they have been sorted. It seems once they get your money they don’t want to know. DO NOT TOUCH STATELY WITH A BARGE POLE !
Very pleased with the way our snagging list was dealt with. As with all new homes there are issues and getting them fixed is what matters to householders. The person we got to know most was Owen who really dealt competently with our issues.
