We have had a chalet from this firm in late 23 we are still waiting on snag list items to be done , the floor which is bouncing up and down due to not being installed right there own guys have said this yet after sales say diff , they won’t return calls and lie , they are not interested after they get you 100k plus How this firmIs still going I don’t no pls pls stay well clear
Having spent time with Stately Albion designing our home, it was disappointing when it arrived to find it was not how we ordered. The main issue, it was not cladded, finally we agreed with SA this was miss communication and having agreed a solution (including financial) this was corrected and our home looked so much better for it.Regarding the interior we also had a list of minor snags and items to be changed as they were not what we asked for.My only complaint would be the head office team, when ordering they were great. After delivery the service changed, slow to respond to any communication, not prepared to negotiate on changing items, this caused us immense stress (especially re the cladding). At times we felt we were being ignored, being meet with an attitude of you have what you ordered! It did not feel like they wanted to work together on solutions, only prepared to deal with issues that they felt were their responsibility.However, then we made contact with Arthur Philips and we see a big change in attitude, from then onwards and solution to all issues.The stars of SA are the teams that came out to do the cladding and then the interior works they are amazing. They worked so hard to ensure all was completed and we were happy. They never said a negative word, we truly felt they were proud of what they did and wanted us to be happy, this reflected in their hard work and the results achieved. Would I buy or recommend SA - yes, but I would say read every line on the paperwork, put any requests or amendments in writing and agree solutions before paying.
Stately Albion time to step up. My elderly father is 80, disabled and lives on his own. He has waited over 2 years for 14 boards on his home to be replaced. Latest update: he is definitely on the list but the work can’t be planned due to the fact it is weather dependent and “it might rain every day between now and December”, quote, which takes us nicely into 3 years. Absolutely unacceptable behaviour and customer service. Albion Stately I’ve had work done on the roof of my house and that was weather dependent! Please get your act together and get this sorted as a priority.
SA are refusing to replace a faulty internal door and made a right mess when they moved an electrical fire as someone made a socket hole in the wrong place in the wall and to hide the mistake they moved the fire to the left on a feature wall
I moved into my new beautiful home last July. I reported to the management at the Park there was a problem with the bathroom floor a small soft spongy area was spreading quite quickly.. When Stately heard that and that I was fearful that I might go through the floor they sent Rob.who was very nice and helpful and told me to ring After Sales at Stately Albion. Within two days Carl and Reece came from Wales and spent all of Saturday completely stripping my bathroom and finding and dealing with the leaks. They gave me a completely new floor. Their work is excellent and they are very professional working exceptionally hard nothing was too much for them. I am deeply grateful to them and to Stately and have complete confidence in their work.
We have just had the exterior of our house completely re-done as the boards used initially were not fit for purpose. We did have a long wait due to the amount of people needing the same type of work doing, plus the weather is a big issue. Tom and TJ completed the work to the highest standard and nothing was too much trouble for them. They worked none stop and we couldn't be happier. Thankfully Stately ceased working with Goldshield, they were absolutely useless and would not take any responsibility for the work that was needed. So we are grateful Stately seen the sense in taking on the warranty.
We bought a statley Albion goodwood back In July 2024. We had several snagging issues ie front door with marks on ,water coming through the extractor fan in the ensuite and also coming down through the cooker hood in the kitchen. The door between the lounge and diner was not meeting properly and a couple of doors in the kitchen cupboards had bowed etc,so like a new bricks and morter home several snagging issues.Well all I can say Stately Albion have been very helpful and given us exceptional service . All our work has been carried out and sorted within 6months of purchasing our home althou they did come out month's before but the door was damaged so unfortunately they had to revisit or else it would of all been finished sooner but I think thats a very acceptable timeframe to wait when they did all they could to get back to us as soon as they had the door back in stock. Thank-you so much to lindsey who works in head office for arranging the work to be carried out and Craig who came and completed the work over 3 days .you treated our home with the upmost respect and left it immaculate when you finished. You all went over and above for us and We really can't thank you enough for your kindness ,help and understanding and we really appreciate it very much . Take Care all of you ref 024-054 X
