Anycubic support Team has blown me with their prompt respond and positive attitude in addressing their customers concern. Trust me I will be the early purchaser should Anycubic launch new and better product as comparable function wise and price as Kobra S1 Combo.
Has issues with my hot bed being bent down on one quadrant. Support was very quick to respond and help, and determined a replacement hotbed was needed. They will be sending one my way, and I am very happy with the support experience. Looking forward to printing some large items!!
Replacement of heat bed (wiring problem) Extremely easy and very fast service and communication was quick and efficient. I can’t say enough about the Anycubic staff. I will be purchasing a few more printers this year and they will be Anycubic units. Thank you for everything
Very prompt response from customer service and reasonable. I thought a screen protector came pre-installed because the screen protector box shipped empty. I then ruined the screen in my ignorance. I communicated this issue to customer service, they showed me how to disassemble the printer to verify the damage. They sent a new screen after I showed what happened. Do not believe google promoting an old Reddit thread about AnyCubic. Printer has been working great, slicing software has been working great.
