Bought a photon mono 2 (really good machine) some months ago had a little issue with a fan and they replaced, support was superb even with me living in a different time zone congrats to Nelson for doing a great job

I had the problem that the new Anycubic…

I had the problem that the new Anycubic Kobra 3 Combo only displayed an error after the first press. But after I contacted Anycubic service, they helped me very quickly and I got a new motherboard and the cable to the extruder. After the replacement, the printer is running again to my complete satisfaction. I can only say one thing, I wish every service was like the Anycubic service team.Many thanks for that.

Best customer service on the PLANET!!!

I bought the Kobra 3 Combo. The Combo is awsome. I have had some problems with the Ace Pro. All my issues was met with professionlism. This customer service is top notch. They have good communication and skills. They knew exactly the problem and sent the parts that I need immediately. I am in the US so I know the shipping takes longer but I am 100% satisfied. Thanks to service like this. I will buy more products from this company.
