Review Time
I have been a loyal customer of anycubic for years now. Unfortunately I have had issues tlwith products in the past. Lcd screens cracking on resin printers to improper zeroing on my FDM printer. The one consistent thing has been customer service. It has been top notch and almoat instantly responds to messages with prompt resolutions. After service alone ranks this company 5 stars.
The company is excellent. They replaced a power supply that came with a 110-volt switch and I connected it to 220, and they even sent me a roll of filament without warning that I didn't buy. Excellent communication with the people in charge of the sector. The only thing is the time zone delay.
I am very very satisfied from the way anycubic supports reacts and help to the users. Very Quick responses for any questions and warranty claims. Very clear information how to solve any problems. I dont need any other brand. Anycubic is mine :))
My kobra 3 had a z axis issue with it being very stiff and causing the nozzle to hit the print. They were very responsive with getting the issue resolved. The problem was an issue from day 1 of using the printer. I was promised a 1kg filament reimbursement for all my failed prints. I have not received any info on how to claim it. So for now 4 stars.
I have had the printer for over a week now. It had printed great and very few issues. Only issue I had, I contacted support and got a response that night with some troubleshooting steps. After that they contacted me back with a fix and shipped a part to me, no questions ask, no cost to me. I am very pleased with the printer and support. I have even recommended the printer to several friends.
I reached out to Anycubic when my hotend went bad and leaked all over. They gave me some advice on what to do, but after that they stepped up and replaced the part at no charge. I do appreciate the communication back and forth and definitely understand the time difference, so I was flexible and patient as we communicated. I am very happy I chose Anycubic for my 3d needs! AND, I REALLY appreciated the understandable communication!
I had a technical issue with a new Anycubic product I was assembling. I submitted a trouble ticket on their website and got a clarifying response in under 24 hours. One more exchange of emails, and the problem was resolved and a solution in-process.The customer service people were efficient, courteous and professional. I have several Anycubic products, and this is one of the reasons I do business with them.
