Review Time
Had some issues with a printer where the module of the print head became damaged, and wouldn't pull new filament into the print head. I originally thought it was a temperature problem. Customer support was able to assist and understood that my problem was misidentified and the real problem was a faulty module. They agreed the unit needed to be replaced and have dispatched parts for replacement. As long as the support team continues to work diligently with customers they shall have no issues.
They have a great support and the printer are good. You just need to do a little thinkering a lot of time but it's useful especially if you are new to the hobby in my opinion.I had a problem with my Kobra2 and they sent me the replacement part after checking everything properly.
Got my new Anycubic Kobra S1 Combo printer and had an issue with the print head. After contacting support they were prompt in asking questions to help figure out what was wrong. After a few emails it was determined that the extruder was the issue and advised me they would be sending a new one out to replace the defective one. Support was very prompt and sorry I was having issues and wanted to make me happy as fast as they could.I would buy another Anycubic 3D printer due to the treatment I received. Plus there printer is very well made and does a great job.
I'm using AnyCubic's DLP type 3d printer.I've had 2 defects so far while using this company's products, one time I had a motor problem due to my inexperience in operation, and one time I had a display problem for unknown reasons.On both occasions, AnyCubic quickly and accurately diagnosed symptoms and sent parts that could be repaired.I bought the product at a high discount, but considering the AS cost, I bought it at a huge discount.I plan to use Annie Cubic's 3D printer in the future.
I found it was very easy to choose the right printer for my need, each model had enough description and video reviews. Delivery is always very fast (I bought three printers from them).Cool that they have their own Anycubic Slicer! Also the support team is very helpful. All my questions were resolved very quickly. I recommend the company as a reliable supplier.
The printers are amazing, their filaments are incredible quality, and the customer support is the best. I have never received a better customer support experience with any other company ever, the only thing you don’t get from anycubic is buyers remorse.
