On my 3rd printer with Anycubic, just got the Kobra S1 and absolutely love it, had a small part failure and they sent me a brand new part without any hassle, love the company and the products and will continue to do business with them.
In short I had a problem while printing, the hotend broke off the print head and scratched the back of the hotbed, I contacted the Anycubic Team, they responded quickly and sent new parts. The new accessories arrived very quickly, I installed them and the machine works like new again.
Very fast response I got and they are very good and understands the query . In my case . I got x axis belt , motherboard for free . Just because I over tightened the belt and it broken and they gave a replacement without any questions asked. Very polite behavior also
I bought the anycubic s1 combo. And I have had a great time printing. I've used it pretty much every day until I had an issue with a filament cloge and while cleaning it out one of the connectors on the extruder mother board ripped off. And at that point I was hart broken. Trying to figure out how am I going to get this printer up and running again. I decided to reach out to the manufacturer and see if by chance I could buy a replacement mother board seeing as I was the one taking it apart and to my surprise they offered to send me a replacement motherboard at no cost under warranty. I mean wow I didn't think that was even an option. So far I have had nothing but a positive experience with anycubic quality of the printer and customer service. I would honesty and I mean honestly only recommend anycubic.
