Just got my 5th printer from Anycubic in the last 3n't have Years. The few times I had to contact them about something they would handle everything with professionalism and speed. All my future printing needs will come from Anycubic.

I bought a kobra 3 combo from Anycubic. The printer and ace has a few problems but the support people sent out a replacement piece for free when i told them about the problem.

New unexperienced but learning fast

this is my first 3d printer (Kobra 3 Combo) and i haent had many issues with it, but the issues i have had the tech support team were very helpful to help me get back up and running quick, even shipping me replacement parts at no cost. great printer and love the quality and speed.

Stirling service, this alone would make me shop with them again

Had a fault with the printer, the onboard diagnostics pointed to it being a sensor. A short message later and they have shipped out a complete heating plate and peripherals, free of charge, internationally.Very satisfied with the printer I purchased (Kobra 3 Combo), and cannot fault the service I have received since.Highly recommend.

I had a faulty power supply

I had a faulty power supply. They sending me a new one. Super happy with it. They respond fast. And are super friendly. I will never buy something else than anycubic.
